Haley literally grew up in the business. By shadowing her mother and mentor, Kathy, from a young age, she got a front-row seat to the real estate world—learning the ins and outs of client meetings, home showings, and contract negotiations early on. After three successful years of working as an independent licensed agent, Haley teamed up with Kathy to take things to the next level, officially co-founding Unionville Realty together.

Today, Haley uses that lifelong background to advocate for her clients and help lead the agency.
